Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the concert in circumstances outside our control.
Paid tickets
We do not offer refunds on paid tickets, including if you can no longer attend. Each ticket is for a specific concert on a specific date, so please check the date, time and venue before you buy.
If we cancel a concert
The one exception is if we have to cancel a concert in circumstances outside our control. In that case we will let ticket holders know by email and arrange the refund to the original payment method.
Something went wrong with your order?
If you were charged but did not receive your tickets, or you think you have been charged in error, pleaseemail uswith the name and email address you used and we will put it right.
This page describes how EUCO handles ticket refunds. It does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
